For The Armory Show 2025, the gallery presents a group exhibition of works, with a spotlight on two textile works by Colombian artist Olga DE AMARAL, which incorporate local techniques and materials, drawing on her South American heritage. One of the few artists from the region to gain international recognition during the Post-war period, she had a major retrospective at Fondation Cartier in Paris earlier this year.
Other highlights will include Iranian-born, New York-based artist Samira ABBASSY's works on paper, Dept of Nuclear Med. Surgery and Floral Mortal Coils, employ anatomical and medical imagery to probe emotional and mental processes, emphasizing human fragility amid constant flux. These two charcoal works belong to the artist's important series, Chemical Hysterical, with other pieces having been exhibited at LACMA in 2023 and included in the British Museum’s permanent collection.
Coinciding with her solo exhibition at Richard Saltoun Gallery New York (4 September – 4 October 2025), some of American artist Sue FULLER's intricate string compositions will also be exhibited on the booth.
